INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Allied Health & Chiropractic, LLC believes in the value of proper health care for you and your family

Our practice participates with a variety of insurance plans. In order to maintain a high level of care and reduce administrative burden, effective January 1, 2024, we are currently limiting acceptance of certain insurance plans for new patients (new to us). Patients who have been seen in our office within the past five years may continue covered care under their existing insurance arrangements.If you are a new patient, we encourage you to contact our office to verify whether your insurance plan is currently being accepted for the services we offer.

We accept all auto accident and Ohio/Federal Workers Compensations cases. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible cash payment programs can be arranged. To learn more about our payment options please call our office at (216) 685-9975 and we would be happy to assist you!

NOTE: Medical care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic coverage may vary depending on your individual needs and your insurance, we can direct you properly.
